We know the NHS across the UK is struggling to cope with the burden of need so do we need to look at a different approach? At £12.9bn, health funding now accounts for 43% of the overall Scottish government budget. We were talking about sexual harassment of men on Tuesday but one of the major themes we saw coming through on our phone in was profoundly Scottish. A large number of men got in touch to say that wearing a kilt makes them a target.
