The BBC Somalia editor tells Rajan his hopes for new programme, Ogaal, and listener, Carol Ross from Las Vegas is the latest to take part in How I Hear It.

As the drought persists in Somalia the local BBC language service has launched a unique radio series to help people cope - but can it really make a difference? The head of the BBC Somali Service, Abdullahi Abdi, joins Rajan Datar to outline the team’s effort to reach the six million people in the country who are nearing crisis point. 

Also, listener Carol Ross from Las Vegas in the US is the latest to reveal what she really thinks of the BBC World Service in our feature How I Hear It.
