Discussions over US proposals to reform the North American Free Trade Agreement will now continue next year. Differences between the US, Canada and Mexico remain unresolved after the latest round of talks in Arlington, Virginia. We get analysis from Soumaya Keynes at The Economist. South Africa's parliament is beginning an inquiry into alleged corruption in government. We hear what sort of allegations the inquiry will be examining.
