Disabled people are recording benefit assessments to make sure their reports are accurate.

Disabled people applying for Personal Independence Payment are recording their assessments to make sure assessors write up their reports accurately. Presented by Shari Vahl.

Disabled people are making audio recordings of their benefit assessments, because they don't trust assessors to write up the interviews accurately. We hear from a listener with ME who was turned down for Personal Independence Payment. He claims his report doesn't reflect his answers at all - and he has a tape recording to prove it.

The Advertising Standards Authority is cracking down on gambling adverts that encourage people in debt to gamble as a way out of their problems. The adverts were created by "affiliates," but the regulator says the buck stops with the gambling firms. We speak to the ASA and Ladbrokes.

Homeless people are giving tours of major tourist destinations to show a different side of the cities where they live. We speak to the guides and the visitors about what they get out of the experience.
