6 Music Live continues with Glaswegian outfit Mogwai. This performance will mark 20 years since the band recorded the first of seven Maida Vale session for John Peel back in 1996.

Lauren's back at the BBC's Maida Vale studios, with Glaswegian outfit Mogwai bringing moody, noisy and beautiful music, to day two of 6 Music Live. 

This performance will mark 20 years since the band recorded the first of seven Maida Vale session for John Peel back in 1996 (it's safe to say he was a fan).

Mogwai have released eight studio albums, thirteen EPs, two remix albums, two live albums and four compilation albums since 1996. New album, Every Country's Sun, is out now on their own label Rock Action Records.
