Ever fancied a cricket crisp? How about a woodlouse salad? Presenter, author and insect eating extraordinaire Stefan Gates joins Fiona to tell us why we should all be thinking about eating insects. 

This weekend the Climbing World Cup is back in Edinburgh for the first time since 2003. Robbie Philips from the Ratho Climbing Centre tells us what's in store. 

Reporter Claire White recently visited the Tenement House in Glasgow and got a look at life from years gone by. 

You might think that skimming stones is just a pleasant way to pass the time at the beach. However at the World Stone Skimming Championships, they take things a bit more seriously. Donald Melville tells us all we need to know.
