Grandpa finds an unusual way to deal with someone cheating at party games.

Children's comedy about a grandpa who can magically shrink. Mr Whoops is organising a party for Troublesome Terence. Grandpa uncovers some cheating.

Troublesome Terence is having a birthday party and Elsie and Josh are invited. When Grandpa hears that Mr Whoops is organising some traditional party games, he decides to go and help. Grandpa shrinks and goes with the children to Miss Smiley's cafe. He sees Terence cheating at Pin the Tail on the Donkey and Kim's Memory Game. 

Grandpa wants to talk to Terence about his behaviour, but he needs a disguise. Luckily, there's a Captain Dumbletwit figure to hand, so Grandpa borrows his uniform. But before Grandpa gets his chance, he finds himself about to be wrapped up as the prize for Pass the Parcel! Luckily, he manages to escape just in time and explains to Terence that he's spoiling everyone's fun. Terence apologises and the party is a great success.
