Poundland has responded to claims its Nutters sweets are "offensive" to those with mental health problems - saying their popularity suggests customers do not have an issue with the product.
Campaigners say the sweet's branding is a "real step backwards" on reducing the stigma around mental health.

We speak to one woman who is so scared of clowns she feels sick just when she sees the word written down.The remake of Stephen King horror classic IT is in the cinemas at the moment. The main evil perpetrator is a clown. Caitlin Cannon is a Veterinary Nurse at the Roundhouse hospital and has a serious phobia of clowns.
