Red Cross welcomes unilateral Rohingya militant ceasefire announcement in Rakhine state.

Rohingya Muslim militants have declared a unilateral ceasefire in the country's western Rakhine state. The International Red Cross in Myanmar tells us the ceasefire is a "hugely positive development".
