This week John Lewis sparked controversy after it announced it would scrap "boys' and "girls" labels on children's clothing, and schools have brought in measures from gender-neutral toilets to gender-neutral uniforms. Now one writer in The Independent says we should stop giving babies a gender at birth. Do you agree? Should we stop giving babies a gender when they are born? 

And, the Metropolitan Police have asked the government to extend funding for the inquiry into missing Madeleine McCann. More than £11m has already been spent on Operation Grange but money is only in place until the end of September. Should we spend more money searching for Madeleine McCann, or has enough been spent already?
