Nomia asks listeners to share their experiences of the criminal justice system. Also, Nomia talks to 26-year-old boxer Tony Bange who's been tipped for big things by Naseem Hamed.

Nomia asks: What's your experience of the criminal justice system? Also, Times of India columnist Bachi Karkaria talks about her book 'Hot Blood' which is based on a court case in India which is thought to have led to the end of juries in trials in the country. The BBC Sports Personality Of The Year has once again launched the Get Inspired Unsung Hero Award and want some local nominations. Last year's winner Macellus Baz and community cricket coach Shiv Krishan, who was regional winner in Yorkshire, talk to Nomia about why it's important to celebrate those involved in sports at grass roots level. Nomia talks to 26-year-old boxer Tony Bange who's been tipped for big things by former champion Naseem Hamed. And Inspector Amar Shakoor and PC Gurvinder Singh from Police Scotland talk to Nomia about the force's new recruitment programme, which they hope will encourage people from minority backgrounds to consider a career in policing.
