Formed by James in 1996 in Albequerque, New Mexico in the US, but now based in the well known hipsterville of Portland, Oregon, he's described it as a 'pop project' and inspired by any and all music that they discovered. With their best-known tunes Phantom Limb, Australia and Simple Song, James is here to talk about their latest fifth album, Heartworms.
