Mark visits Newton Farm near Forfar in Angus to find out how diversification has changed the way the Nicoll family run their business.

Dumfries House was saved by Prince Charles in 2007. Since then the estate has been opening up to the public and the water powered sawmill has become a Traditional Skills Centre. Mark has a tour and finds out what goes on there.
