On this week`s show, Geoff sends birthday greetings to one of the most influential drummers in rock n roll..Jerry Allison of The Crickets.
With tracks J.I. co-wrote and recorded with Buddy Holly, later Crickets tracks and some of his solo ventures. plus sessions he played on for The Everly Brothers, Johnny Burnette and Bobby Vee.

There`s also music from Sun Records rockabilly legend, Sonny Burgess, who died last week.
