In the 1980s, Gareth Jones toured the world with The Alarm, earning his roadie nickname: Gaz Top. Now he meets the Welsh roadies of today - the people behind the rock 'n' roll legends, such as the lad from Rhuddlan who is now Bob Dylan's stage manager.

Who are these people? Where do they come from? What are their skills? Gareth turns up the volume on their stories of sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll as he reveals why they are so much more than just hired muscle.
