While the bread tests their ability to follow a recipe, churning butter to go on the side will test their taste buds as they strive for a good balance of flavours. For their show-stopper, it's all about the cake pops and the bakers will need to prove they have got personality and creativity on a stick to bag a place in the quarter-finals.
