Justin demonstrates his love and Fallon wants to be equal.

Fallon is thrilled the Duxford sisters have confirmed they will open the fete. But she worries to her mum that she can't match the money Harrison has to put towards a house. Jolene is sorry she can't help out. Fallon shares her concerns with Harrison about not being able to contribute to buying a house. He doesn't see why that should be a problem: what's mine is yours, he says.

Jennifer and Brian discuss their search for an attorney for Ruairi. After passing the cricket match - and seeing Ambridge's now-strong female contingent - Brian has a lightbulb moment...

Lilian is spoiled with baths and bucks fizz in the new bathroom at the Dower House. Justin gives her a ruby pendant - her birthstone. At the family gathering for Lilian's birthday, Lilian is distracted scanning through her text messages. Justin meanwhile is confident he can defeat any opposition to the housing development. Justin gently tells Lilian he knows how old she is. He says it makes no difference to him - they bring out the silly teenager in one another and it will always be that way.
