Reporter Emily Esson went behind the scenes of Zippos Circus as they started the northern leg of their Scottish tour. But what happened when Emily tried her hand at one of the most daring circus acts...? 

Many of us find solace in the tranquillity of the great outdoors, especially if you're lucky enough to be able to camp in the wild. Louise White did just this last week in the Cairngorms and she shares the experience with us. 

Grace Banks joins us in the studio to chat about how summer is the perfect time to experiment with concoctions in the kitchen and she shares one of her stories with us. 

It can be hard to think of ways to fill the long summer days but if you're struggling already then don't panic. Marguerite Blair from Play Scotland is on hand to give us all advice on how to keep little minds occupied.
