There is a blizzard outside, and a family of Snowballs checks into the hotel.

Preschool puppet show. A family of Snowballs come to stay in the Very Snowy Suite, but it is not very snowy at all, and the Snowballs start to melt.

There is a blizzard outside, and a family of Snowballs checks into the hotel - Mr and Mrs Snowball and their daughter Frostina. Funella gives them the Very Snowy Suite, but when they get up there, it is not very snowy at all. Furgus's Flakeflinger 500 machine isn't working and it is going to take a while to fix. The Snowballs start to feel very warm, and they start to melt. Funella decides that they have to make the hotel cold. She turns off the heating and immediately the Snowballs stop melting, but now there is a new problem - all the other guests are really cold! What should she do?
