A listener asks why there has been no coverage of a 24-day “justice” march in Turkey

A listener from Turkey wants to know why the network has not reported on a 24-day “justice” march, while correspondent Alan Johnson answers three questions in three minutes.

Recently the BBC World Service reported on the imprisonment of Turkish MP, Enis Berberoğlu, who was sentenced to 25 years in jail for allegedly leaking information to the press. What it didn’t report on is the 24 day march by the opposition party which is currently underway from Ankara to Istanbul in protest. Listener, Nuri Comez from Istanbul in Turkey is asking why.
