A recent episode of The Inquiry asked - How do you report terror? It looked at four democratic countries which have taken steps to limit the media impact around terrorism. Following its broadcast, listeners John MacKenzie from Australia and Patrik Wahlstedt from Sweden got in touch with concerns around how the BBC World Service reports terrorism.
