Almost a year after the UK voted to leave the EU, Brexit negotiations have finally started -- and they must be concluded within two years. The EU's chief negotiator, Michel Barnier, and his UK opposite number, David Davis, said talks started positively in Brussels on Monday. Movie giant Time Warner has just signed a deal with the photo messaging app Snapchat to develop original video content for mobile phones.
