Fiona Stalker chats to Victoria Whitworth about her new book, Swimming with Seals.

We hear about a climbing festival in Edinburgh that is getting everyone interested in scrambling up walls. Fiona chats to Avril Gall from Climb Scotland to find out more. 

Fiona recently went to explore some rock pools around Aberdeen beach to see what she could find!

George Anderson is back on the show telling us about his Tree of the Month. 

Dog trainer extraordinaire Rosemary Pirie is on the show talking about how to get your dog read for summer with holiday tips and travel tricks. 

Alex Ellis-Roswell has been walking around the coast of the UK for the last 3 years. He's arrived in Aberdeen this week and tells Fiona about his personal challenge and why he decided to walk all 9,500 miles of coastline.

Reporter Emily Esson recently went to the Aberdeen Lifeboat station and learnt about the lifeboats from coxswain Davie Orr.
