Kaye Adams asks how involved parents should be in running schools, Dr Tom Smith joins her for Ask the Doctor, and Tom Urie ticks off the first item on his weight-loss bucket list.

Plans for a major shake-up in the way schools are governed will be set out by the Scottish government later.
The government has already set out in broad terms what may and may not be on its agenda and carried out a major consultation with stakeholders.
It says it wants to empower parents and give as much power as possible to head teachers.
