Irish supergroup Usher's Island - featuring members of Planxty - play live.

The best folk music from Britain and beyond. 

This week, Irish supergroup Usher's Island play tracks from their self-titled debut album. 

Usher's Island brings together two generations of the finest traditional musicians: Andy Irvine and Dónal Lunny (Planxty), Paddy Glackin (The Bothy Band), Michael McGoldrick (Capercaillie, Flook, Lunasa) and John Doyle (Solas).

Their debut album was recorded in a cottage in County Galway over a few days in 2016. 

Plus, the usual mix of exciting new music, classic tracks and news from the folk world.
