Alison Craig talks to Jamie MacKenzie, who recently became the third person to run the Everest Mailrun Challenge - 200 miles from Everest base camp to Kathmandu.

Jamie MacKenzie has recently become only the third person to ever run the Everest Mailrun Challenge - 200 miles from the Everest base camp to Kathmandu. He chats to Alison about the challenge and how he went from heavy smoker to ultra-runner. 

Keeping happy healthy feet is very important for those who are walking or running long distances. We chat to Alastair Dall of Sport Podiatry Scotland to find out what we can do to keep our feet in good condition. 

With the rise in businesses allowing pets in the workplace, we chat to Linda MacDonald of the Canine Concern Scotland Trust to find out more about therapy pets and how they are used in a variety of environments.

With tick season upon us, it's important to know how we can avoid being bitten and what to do if we are. Alison chats to Neil Reid of Mountaineering Scotland about what we should do and how to keep our furry friends safe too. 

Our very own social media man Ken Banks recently took part in the Aberdeen Kilt Walk. But how did he get on and did he manage to complete all 26 miles of the walk?
