British Prime Minister says country has fallen victim to a 'callous terrorist attack'

More than 20 people are known to have died in a suicide bomb attack on a music concert in the British city of Manchester. The British Prime Minister, Theresa May, has said it is now beyond doubt that the people of Britain had fallen victim to a 'callous terrorist attack.'
