He's facing allegations of involvement in a corruption scandal

Brazilian President Michel Temer says he will not quit, amid allegations he authorised paying bribes to silence a witness in a huge corruption scandal.

President Trump says he wants to be allowed to get back to running the country following the controversy surrounding Russia's alleged interference in last year's election. 

The new president of France, Emmanuel Macron is travelling to the West Africa country of Mali where he'll meet French troops who are combating Islamist militants.
