Is taxing the rich the way forward? The Labour Party is pledging no income tax increases for anyone under £80,000. The Lib Dems however want a general one pence income tax increase to boost health service funding. The Tories have pledged not to increase VAT but have not ruled out other tax rises. But are tax rises the way forward? Are you prepared to pay extra tax to finance public services? Vinny got the views of political economist Richard Murphy and businessman Irwin Armstrong.
