This week Fiona chats to Gavin Boyter author of Downhill From Here: Running From John O'Groats to Land's End. As an average man in his 40's Gavin decided to run the UK and tells Fiona about his experience. 

We hear from Alasdair Lawton about the Bealach Beag Road Climb - the biggest road climb in the UK. 

Reporter Emily Esson went to the beach at St Andrews to try her hand at land yachting - did she manage to stay out of the sea?

Lisa Gardiner of Belwade Farm chats to Fiona about the magical Fairy Day taking place this weekend. She tells us about the magical creatures and fun events we can see there. 

Rob Long is a para-climber who is looking to encourage more people into the sport. He chats about his experience losing his sight and how climbing has helped him. 

Sarah O'Sullivan from Clyde and Avon Valley Festival tells Fiona what's in store over the coming week and which events we should be looking out for.
