With 45% of women in the UK not active enough for good health, it's more important than ever to do something about it. Dr Juliet McGrattan has written the book that might just help us all - Sorted: The Active Woman's Guide To Health - and she spoke to Fiona all about why we should get out and do more!

In Elie in Fife there is an abundance of scarecrows this weekend. Peter Wilson of the Elie Festivals Committee chats to Fiona about the scarecrow trail.

Fiona recently took visually impaired reporter Sam Little for her first taste of rock climbing - it's fair to say that it was a learning curve for both of them!
