Law Lecturer Rosemary Craig is live in studio with advice on who is perhaps responsible; the airline, the handling agent or the airport? When do the police get involved? PSNI Chief Inspector Billy McIlwaine is live with Nicola offering further advice and to discuss how much it actually costs to phone the police here in Northern Ireland.
