Chris Biscoe discusses his latest project, Then and Now.

Chris Biscoe's band Then and Now features baritone and alto on their debut album, Two of a Mind. It is inspired by the work of Gerry Mulligan and Paul Desmond 50 years ago.

The effective combination of baritone and alto saxes from Chris Biscoe and Allison Neale recalls the work of Gerry Mulligan and Paul Desmond in the 1960s. Plus, more recordings from the historic all-star concert in Manchester in 1957 by the group led by Jack Teagarden and Earl Hines.
