President Erdogan has claimed a narrow victory in a referendum on constitutional changes

For the Turks who voted yes, it was a vote for greater democracy. For those who voted no, it was a step towards one man rule in the country. 
Turkey's historic referendum has granted sweeping new powers for President Erdogan, so what now? The BBC's Mark Lowen reports from Ankara, while Turkish academic Dr Ayla Gol and economist Michael Hughes discuss what the yes vote might mean. 

Also on the programme, could problems with piracy be returning off the Horn of Africa? Pat Adamson, chairman of MTI Network, a company that offers risk management joins us, after three attacks on merchant ships in the region in as many weeks.
