Today's guest editor Nathaniel Richards, who runs Niftie's social supermarket in Dover, asks "Should the best before date be binned to reduce food waste?". The author, Irvine Welsh, who became a household name in the 90s thanks to the success of the book and film Trainspotting speaks to Nihal and Sarah about his new novel, The Blade Artist, which is out on paperback this week. And Gael Garcia Bernal is one of the highest profile Mexican actors on the planet. His latest role sees him star as a police investigator ruthlessly pursuing the celebrated Chilean poet Pablo Neruda in the true story 'Neruda'.
