The start of the Highland Game season is nearly here and if you've always fancied trying your hand then the Scottish Highland Games Association have just the event. An introduction to Highland Games takes place this Sunday at Glamis Castle and Ian Grieve has all the info. 

Longer days and more light are making hillwalking an increasingly tempting prospect, but for some people it's not as simple as heading out of the door and up a mountain. Reporter, Sam Little, scales Bennachie with new charity, Walk-ability, and chats with client, Mary, on her first hill climb with a new guide dog.

The RSPB in Edinburgh are holding a Wild Day Out at Holyrood park this weekend and Youth & Families Officer, Jasper Hamlet gives Fiona the details.
