A back garden ruined by sewage, advice on schooling from the Public Services Ombudsman in studio and changes to benefits; what are your rights?

Sewage; why one family hasn't been able to use the garden since last summer. 

The Public Service Ombudsman will be in the studio, and her office can help with this sort of issue, as well as schooling - if a pupil or a parent think they have been treated unfairly, we find out what the Ombudsman can do. 

And this week changes to benefits; what does it mean for people with the likes of bereavement benefit, employment support allowance, tax credits for parents, and housing benefit for 18-21 year olds? Patricia Lyons of the Citizens Advice Bureau and Lee Hatton of the Law Centre will be live in studio.
