Stephen Jardine sits in for Kaye Adams and asks listeners if carrier bag charges made them change their behaviour, following proposals for a 25 pence charge for disposable cups.

According to Cardiff University research, disposable coffee cup usage could be cut dramatically if charges were brought in with incentives to promote re-usable cups. 
They say that the UK's usage of an estimated 2.5bn disposable coffee cups each year could be cut by up to 300 million coffee cups.

How do friends and families react when someone has bipolar disorder?
It's World Bipolar Day and River City have a big ongoing storyline about a character who is bipolar. 
We're joined by actor Andy Gray, Daniel J. Smith is Professor of Psychiatry at University of Glasgow and advised the programme and Hazel who has bipolar.

Cycling Without Age is a project run by a team of volunteers across 28 countries who help elderly people with limited mobility to get back on their bikes. 
It launched in Scotland for the first time this week with a Falkirk chapter.

Organisers of the annual Bearsden Fair- which had been scheduled to take place June 23 to 25 - have had to cancel their Harry Potter festival because the interest meant that organisers were worried they wouldn't be prepared for safety, parking, capacity, and licensing implications.

Finlay Wilson has been at the centre of a social media sensation when the BBC's The Social video of him performing 'Kilted Yogas' went viral. However he's now been on the receiving end of a threatening letter on his doorstep telling him to leave the area.
