Eight suspects are arrested in relation to the Westminster attack, as police name the 52 year-old perpetrator.

A 75 year-old man has become the fourth person to die as a result of yesterday's terrorist attack in Westminster. We hear from Birmingham - where seven of the eight people held in connection with the attack were arrested and from tonight's vigil for the victims in Trafalgar Square.
