It's Friday-eve and Chris is joined by Kevin McCloud, who gives us his restoration tips and tells us about his Channel 4 show on Great British Buildings. Jamie Oliver's mentor Gennaro Contaldo passionately reveals the secrets to a traditional Italian lasagne and gymnast Sam Oldham joins Vassos in the sports locker. There's a magical moment with young Teddie in Kids For A Fanfare, two classic long songs from AC/DC and Led Zeppelin, plus a poignant Pause For Thought from Methodist Minister Leslie Griffiths.
