Mr Mentor has invented a whizzywoodlesome whirly windwhooper and for once it actually works without needing Grandpa's assistance. Mr Mentor decides to visit his friends in the hope that they will have a use for his amazing invention. Grandpa fears the worst so he shrinks. 

First, Mr Mentor goes to the cafe where Miss Smiley is running a craft workshop for some kids. He sets off the windwhooper and, sure enough, it causes chaos until Grandpa gets inside and stops it working. Miss Smiley says she doesn't want it, so Mr Mentor goes to the toyshop where Mr Whoops is making paper planes with some children. The same thing happens and Grandpa has to stop the machine again. Mr Whoops has no use for the windwhooper either. 

Finally, Mr Mentor goes to the meadow at the Mill where the machine blows Great Aunt Loretta into the paddling pool. Grandpa has another idea - it can also dry Loretta!
