Poets, performers, composers and musicians come together for International Women's Day.

Composer Kate Whitley talks about Speak Out, inspired by Malala Yousafzai, plus spoken-word poet Hanan Issa, music from Sinfonia Cymru, and the story of Ruth Ellis in theatre.

To celebrate International Women's Day, a new orchestral composition from Kate Whitley based on words spoken by Malala Yousafzai. Plus spoken word poet Hanan Issa , music from Welsh Chamber orchestra Sinfonia Cymru and Sinner's Club- a performance inspired by the story of Ruth Ellis; the last woman to be hanged in the UK.
