Head of the EPA Scott Pruitt is criticised for saying carbon dioxide is not a primary contributor to global warming.

Paul Bledsoe former environmental adviser to President Clinton, shares his thoughts on the views expressed by the new Head of the Environmental Protection Agency, Scott Pruitt, that he does not agree that carbon dioxide is a primary contributor to global warming.

The BBC's Mike Johnson talks to US economist Irwin Stelzer about President Trump's tax plans - what might it look like, and what might it mean for the rest of the world? Some say it could lead to a global race to the bottom on taxes, as countries compete to slash the rates companies pay.
