It's Film Day with a review of Moonlight, plus hear from director Barry Jenkins.

Edi Stark sits in for Janice Forsyth with a review of Moonlight, an exploration of African-American masculinity, plus she hears from its director, Barry Jenkins.

It's Film Day, we'll review the much anticipated Moonlight - a remarkable exploration of African-American masculinity and hear from the director himself, Barry Jenkins. 

Regular Critics, Wendy Lloyd & Nigel Floyd will share their thoughts on it, and on this week's big cinema releases: including The Founder - starring Michael Keaton: it's a fascinating account of how one man turned McDonald's into a phenomenon!

They will also review Hidden Figures - which tells the true story of a group of African-American women who worked with NASA to help launch the program's first successful space missions. 

Later in the show, we will review Handsome Devil - The Glasgow Film Festival's Opening Gala film - and we'll have a guide to the 'Best of the Fest'.

And Shakespeare's THE WINTER'S TALE at the Edinburgh Lyceum- John Michie and Maureen Beattie discuss appearing in one of the Bard's last and most celebrated works, which has been given a Scottish twist - with certain scenes and characters translated in to Scots by renowned author and poet, James Robertson.
