Studio guests Conservative Conor Burns, Labour health spokeswoman Barbara Keeley and Tommy Sheppard of the SNP, discuss that - and the challenge facing Labour in the forthcoming Stoke and Copeland by-elections. They're joined by Kate McCann of the Telegraph. The former older people's champion and Labour peer Joan Bakewell puts forward her ideas for funding care of the elderly - telling the programme that taxes will have to go up. And John Beesley reports from Shetland, on why members of the fishing community there regard Brexit as a "sea of opportunity".
