Rather than patients waiting to get into hospital, we have been looking into others who have been delayed getting out after being treated.

There's been a lot of talk about our health service this week, with health minister Michelle O'Neill revealing her plan to tackle waiting lists. Well rather than patients waiting to get into hospital, we have been looking into others who have been delayed getting out after being treated. In December there were nearly 300 people still in hospital beds who were deemed medically fit to go home. But - care packages could not be put in place in order to discharge them. We've been working on this story since December, when our reporter Nicola Weir, spoke to Margaret Gibson and Wilma McMillan - both struggling to secure care packages in order to bring their family members home. Vinny has been speaking to assistant director of Social Service - Adult Services, Kevin Keenan, about the figures. He put it to him that they didn't make great reading.

Also on the programme, snoopers to catch dog poopers - local council considering CCTV to catch dog poo offenders. Vinny talks to commentators Emma Wolff and Bill Jeffrey.

And, new report says we have a littler problem. Just how dirty is it where you live? Vinny spoke to Ian Humphreys from Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful and commentator Brendan Mulgrew.
