The Rip Off Britain team investigate viewers' holiday issues. The team hear from a single mum whose tour operator left her with three small kids in the middle of nowhere.

Gloria Hunniford, Julia Somerville and Angela Rippon look into more of the travel and holiday problems viewers have asked them to investigate, with a focus on big-name companies accused of letting customers down. 

Among the stories - how signing a piece of paper when sorting out a problem at your hotel could mean you've unwittingly given away your right to make any further complaint. Plus, the well-known company that sent out hundreds of customers' personal details and travel dates to total strangers, the single mum whose tour operator left her with three small kids in the middle of nowhere in the dead of night, and Simon Calder has money-saving tips and advice for a top European destination.
