Louise White sits in for Fiona Stalker and talks to Nordic skier Helena Gronski.

Louise White sits in for Fiona Stalker and talks to 15-year-old Nordic skier Helena Gronski about how she got into the sport and her hopes for the future.

Helena Gronski is the 15 year old Nordic Skier that is making it big. She joins Louise in the studio to talk about how she got into the sport and her hopes for the future. 

Bill Wilson talks to Louise about the Glenmore Cross Country Ski Machine and how it's helping people get into cross country skiing. 

Continuing the skiing theme, coach Alex Standen joins Louise to talk about the rising success of skiing in the UK.

Galloway is renowned for its Dark Skies Park, and ranger Jesse Beaman joins Louise to tell us all about Dark Skies and how we can get the best out of them.

Staying with wide open spaces, Edinburgh has been announced as the greenest city in the UK with the greatest density of green spaces. Claire White spoke to David Jamieson Head of Parks, Greenspace & Cemeteries at the City of Edinburgh Council to find out more. 

With Burns Night just around the corner, Robert Burns World Federation President Bobby Kane joins Louise to talk all things Burns. 

Continuing the Burns theme, reporter Claire White went Scottish Country Dancing and found it harder work then she remembered!

Janice Hopper will be in the studio to talk about how Burns can be fun for all the family, even if the kids won't touch the haggis!

Glasgow is holding its first Tattoo this weekend and Senior Drum Major Brian Wilson MBE will be in the studio to tell Louise all about it.

Fiona Stalker takes a dip in the River Dee this week as she tries a beginner rowing class.
