Chris speaks to the king of catch-up Rick Stein, who talks about the places he's travelled in BBC Two's Long Weekends, and meets Swap Shop owner Phil Malkin on Great Job Wednesday.

Chris is joined by the current king of catch up TV, Rick Stein who tells us about his first series of Long Weekends for BBC Two and tells us about some of the incredible European destinations he's been to including Bologna, Palermo, Cadiz and Bordeaux. Great Job Wednesday is back and our first contender is super Swap Shop owner Phil Malkin, who's been running it for over 12 years in the village of Little Port. Vassos is joined in the Sports Locker by darts player Adam 'Wolfie' Adams and the Pause For Thought comes from Dr Jim Harris.
