Lauren welcomes Ruby Wax to the studio for tips on how to keep your mind buff in a frazzling modern world. Plus Christ Hewitt joins us for news and reviews in Friday Film Club.

Having campaigned tirelessly to raise awareness about mental health issues, including speaking at Downing Street and the Home Office, Wax last year released her second book on a topic very close to her heart. A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled offers a course in mental fitness for those lost in the most stressed out era in history. She joins Lauren some with some handy New Year's tips from her number one bestseller, as well as reflections on just why we're so frazzled.

We are also joined by Chris Hewitt for reviews of Scorsese's latest epic and the heart-wrenching A Monster Calls in Friday Film Club.
